Refunds and Exchanges

Refund requests can be made via email to jen@jenpape.com within 7 days of receiving your package. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original package with the product unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be paid via original payment method and will be processed 5-10 business days following receipt of undamaged items. JPD reserves the right to supply only partial refunds based on any damages or use of products.

 

While powder coating is a fairly durable material, damages may occur if metal is bent or impacted. If your product is damaged due to use, please email jen@jenpape.com to coordinate repairs. Earrings can be re-coated at a fee of $10 per earring, $20 per pair, plus $5 shipping to cover costs.
